In accordance with Article 20¹ of Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, we inform you about the locations for product exchange, as well as the phone numbers and email addresses where you can receive консультаion regarding the product exchange procedure applied in the indicated commercial units, in order to ensure compliance with the obligations provided under Art. 9 letters g) and j), and Art. 10 letters h) and h1), the observance of consumer rights provided under Art. 12 para. (4), Art. 18⁵ para. (1), Art. 19 para. (1), Art. 20 para. (1), as well as ensuring other related rights for transactions concluded through electronic means, distance communication methods, distance contracts (e-commerce), and any other forms of trade not prohibited by law that involve commercial activity without the use of a physical retail space.
We also inform you that, in accordance with Art. 19 para. (1), (4) and the Annex to Law No. 105/2003, “Perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality” cannot be exchanged for a similar product of proper quality and are not eligible for a refund.
At the same time, we inform you that perfumery and cosmetic products purchased through electronic means, distance communication methods, and distance contracts (e-commerce), in accordance with Art. 1065 para. (1) letter e) of the Civil Code, cannot be returned for reasons related to health protection and hygiene.
