How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to the cart, click “Checkout” and fill in your delivery details. You'll receive a confirmation, and our team will contact you to confirm the order details.

How much does delivery cost and how long does the order take?

In Chișinău: 80 lei, delivery the next business day, between 10:00 and 18:00.

Across the rest of Moldova (FAN Courier): 80 lei, delivery in 1–3 business days, depending on the locality.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is free for all orders from 1000 lei, both in Chișinău and via FAN Courier across Moldova.

Do you deliver across Moldova?

Yes, we deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova via FAN Courier, except for localities on the left bank of the Dniester. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

Are the products original?

All Parf'Art perfumes are 100% original.

Can I return or exchange a product?

If the product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us. In accordance with current legislation, we offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for 130 lei. For orders from 2800 lei, gift wrapping is free. Tick the option in the cart or let us know at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order online by bank card or with cash on delivery. At checkout you'll see all available payment options.
